Founded by the late Nicholas “Nick” Pantoulis, Eagle Realty has deep roots in Maryland’s business and real estate community. Born and raised in Baltimore, Nick was a U.S. Army medic, local business owner, and proud family man who dedicated his career to helping small business owners and property sellers achieve success. Known for his integrity and personal touch, he built Eagle Realty into a trusted name through decades of hard work and heartfelt service.
Today, that legacy lives on through his daughter, Maria Pantoulis, who now leads Eagle Realty with the same dedication and care. Under her leadership, the company continues to assist homeowners, business owners, and estates throughout Maryland—specializing in everything from cleanouts and probate properties to tenant-occupied sales and renovations.
